Siam Daikin Sales Co., Ltd., the distributor and after sales service provider of "DAIKIN" Air conditioning system in Thailand, highly concerns about the social responsibility in preserving our environment. Our strong commitment has been established in Daikin Group's and Siam Motor Group's Policies. Therefore, our company implements ISO 14001 as a base of our Environmental Management System, and we are committed to the following principles and practices:

1. The compliance of environmental laws, other regulations and green office criteria, also constantly seeking to improve and exceed our environmental goals.

Therefore, our company implements ISO 45001 as a base of our occupational health and safety management system, and we are committed to the following principles and practices:

1. Comply with occupational health and safety laws, legislations, other regulations of interested parties with regard to our business
2. Assess occupational health and safety risk and identify hazard of our activities and services for establishing the proactive preventive actions and controls
3. Prevent the accident and incident to reduce work-related injury, ill health and damage asset from accident
4. Continual improvement of working conditions for safety working conditions
5. Raise awareness on safety and support employees and contractors to participate and consultation to safety working conditions

Information Security Policy

Siam Daikin Sales Co., Ltd.("Company") a sale, installation, consultation, and after-sales services related to air conditioning systems is built on a relationship of mutual trust with all interested parties (the people concerned of all such as customers, a stockholder, an employee, local people). For our Company to maintain this reliability and provide excellent services, we must deploy appropriate Security measures for information assets and protect them from loss, theft, unauthorized use and new threats constantly emerging of cyber-crime.

The Company establishes, implements, maintains, and continually improves its Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001 requirements. The most important is that all managements and employees have an awareness of security and commit themselves to take security seriously.

This defines the "Information Security Policy", which is used as a guideline to implement appropriate protective measures for information assets our Company administers. All employees, including management, have to understand this effect and comply.

To execute the above, all employees will implement the following:

1. To comply with legislation, regulations and contractual obligations for information security.
2. To evaluate risks appropriately, and to improve the ISMS continuously and thus reduce risks.
3. All employees, including management, participate in the information security activities.
4. To establish and comply with the ISMS to maintain trust by our customers.
