Daikin teams and Buddharaksa Foundation send aid to COVID-19 pandemic affected communities of Rim Khlong Bang Khen and Laksi Pattana 99

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a devastating impact on the vast majority of the public, causing thousands to lose their jobs, income, and security in life. To ease the struggle during this time of hardship, Siam Daikin Sales joins forces with the relief effort to send help and support to the affected. Recently, though the “Survival Bags to Relief COVID-19 Distress” initiative by Buddharaksa Foundation, Daikin has donated 200 survival bags to Rim Khlong Bang Khen and Laksi Pattana 99 communities on 27 May 2020.
The donation was received by Saranlak Kapitaka Na Ayutthaya, president of Rim Khlong Bang Khen Community, and Sanya Chimpipop, president of Laksi Pattana 99 Community, to be distributed to the citizens in their respected communities. Part of the survival bags was assigned specifically to senior citizens, people living with disabilities, and bedridden patients in the communities.
“Survival Bags to Relief COVID-19 Distress” is a collaborative effort of allies and business partners of business-social organization DTGO Corporation Limited, which is also the founder of the Buddharaksa Foundation, that aims to bring sustainable wellbeing to the society.
