Continuously improve the effectiveness of quality management to satisfy customer’s requirement as fast as possible by following these policies.

1. Determination – We provide quality products and spare parts in proper price with accurate and rapid delivery.
2. Service mind – We pay attention on customer in every dimension especially in selling and after-sales service.
3. Continuous – We continuously analyze overall achievement pursue to quality objective and evaluate customer’s satisfaction to make a plan to develop quality management system.

Environment policy


Siam Daikin Sales Co., Ltd. realizes social responsibility about environment by using ISO 14001, managing system for environment, as a path of practice. By adhering to the principles and practices as follows:

1. Follow the laws and regulations about environment and determine to complete our environmental purpose.
2. Prevent and reduce environment effect from our activities both in of direct and indirect way.
3. Continuously develop and improve environmental managing system and reinforce good understanding all employees  for environmental practicing and managing.
4. Realize about local communication along with customers and cooperate on environmental activities.
