Daikin teams and Buddharaksa Foundation send aid to COVID-19 pandemic affected communities of Rim Khlong Bang Khen and Laksi Pattana 99

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused devastating impact to the vast majority of the public, causing thousands to lose their jobs, income and security in life. To ease the struggle during this time of hardship, Siam Daikin Sales joins force with the relief effort to send help and support to the affected. Recently, though the “Survival Bags to Relief COVID-19 Distress” initiative by Buddharaksa Foundation, Daikin has donated 200 survival bags to Rim Khlong Bang Khen and Laksi Pattana 99 communities on 27 May 2020.


Daikin teams up with allies to offer negative pressure room for COVID-19 patients to Bamrasnaradura Infectious Diseases Institute for medical personnel’s safety

PSEC, Phatub, Daikin and Num Chiang Lee along with Air Conditioning Engineering Association of Thailand, joined forces to build 4-bed  negative pressure room for Bamrasnaradura Infectious Diseases Institute to accommodate patients with COVID-19 and other infectious respiratory diseases to reduce the spread of pathogens and the risk of infection among medical personnel during COVID-19 treatment.


100 “Daikin” executives and staff give support to underprivileged students with “Pan Rak Hai Nong” campaign

Siam Daikin Sales joins forces with its subsidiary in “Pan Rak Hai Nong” campaign to encourage executives and staff members to give back to society. The social responsibility activity was joined by top executives along with more than 100 executives and staff members, at Nong Plung School in Bueng Sam Pan District of Petchabun Province.


Daikin donated to Amir al-Mu’minin Foundation

Mr. Hitoshi Tanaka, President, and Mr. Bundit Srivallapanondh, Managing Director of Siam Daikin Sales Co., Ltd.,  donated money to Amir al-Mu’minin Foundation with Mr. Manoon Saenmai, committee and director of fund raising department of the foundation as representative. The contribution goes to benefit orphans in the three southernmost provinces of Thailand who lost their parents in the violent political unrest.


Daikin conducted the 2nd “Good Deeds for Dad” in Ratchaburi

Daikin embarked on second CSR project, “Good Deeds for Dad”, in association with volunteer group Roy Yim Baan Din, to build check dams, following the good examples and footsteps of HM King Bhumibol Adulyadej’s and contribute to the society. The activity was led by Siam Daikin Sales’ president Mr. Hitoshi Tanaka and assistant managing director Somporn Jangreenapawong at Kao Chan Waterfall, Ratchaburi.


Daikin’s executives and employees embark on the “Good Deeds for Dad” campaign

To follow the footstep of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, Daikin has carried onCSR campaign, “Good Deeds for Dad” where 100 of executives and employees plant trees and release marine life to its natural habitat at The Sirindhorn International Environmental Park. The firm also made donation towards mangrove and marine ecosystem restoration effort, with Dr.Sonjai Havanond as the park’s representative.


320 trees planted under Daikin R32 environmental campaign

Takayoshi Miki, president of Siam Daikin Sales Co Ltd, Bundit Srivallapanondh – managing director, and  Somporn Jangreenapawong – assistant managing director led the “R32 Real Love with Daikin” campaign, cooperated with the Plant A Tree Today Foundation, planted 320 trees at Paked Nomklao Park, Samutprakarn. Also Chartchai Pisuttiboriboon , board of governors, ASHRAE Thailand Chapter joined the activity.
